If you jump more than 1 level, the cash reward shows negative but it's actually adding to your funds, not decreasing it. The game can only show up to 2.1+b numbers at one time and that's why it shows negative when it goes over that number. The reason I put up 2b per level up is because the most expensive building available is 10b cash. So when you have all the funds you need, just delete the hack. I could have added the feature for paint/speedup room to cost 0 and all gold rooms to 0 but it will minimize the fun of playing the game.
